Jocelyn Boily, P.Eng. - CEO & VP Engineering - Mr. Boily is an experienced senior electrical engineer and space systems engineer.  He is a top engineer in state-of-the-art control and automation systems in heavy industry.  A former President of the Canadian Space Society, Mr. Boily is well known and well connected in the Canadian space industry. He has been involved in research, feasibility studies, requirements definition, design, and development of space propulsion and alternate energy systems, embedded electronic control devices, instrumentation and control systems for over 24 years.
In addition to holding a patent on an innovative rocket engine technology, Mr. Boily has a consistent record of leadership and successful innovation in major projects in satellite propulsion, nuclear fuel handling, artificial intelligence, and power system controls.  Mr. Boily personally leads the strategic direction and R&D efforts on AstroKeys’s innovative small spacecraft technologies and Satellite Rescue programs.
